Rudgwick is approx. five miles to the west of Horsham in Sussex.

The Rudgwick course was used by the Lord Leconfields Hunt prior to the second world war. After the war the amalgamation of the Chiddingfold and the Lord Leconfield - now the Chiddingfold & Leconfield continued their race meetings at Rudgwick from the post war resumption in 1946 up to their last meeting there in 1968. The hunt then moved to Parham in 1969 where they have remained.
The Surrey Union also used the Rudgwick course from 1957 to 1968
